These terms cover this website — campgain.io — while CampGain is in development. They are not a software agreement, because there is no software to sign up for yet. When the product opens, separate terms of service will apply to it, and you'll be asked to agree to those at that point.

What this site is

A description of a product we are building. Everything here is informational. Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract, or a commitment to ship a particular feature on a particular date — plans change while software is being built, and ours will.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves nothing and costs nothing. It is a request to be told when we open, and we may open in stages, so a place on the list is not a guarantee of access, of timing, or of any particular price.

Our brand

The CampGain name, logo, and the design of this site belong to us. Use of our name or mark to suggest a partnership or endorsement that doesn't exist is not permitted.

Availability and liability

This is a pre-launch site and we offer it as it is. We don't promise it will always be reachable or always be accurate, and we're not liable for losses arising from relying on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We link to other sites — the waitlist form and our analytics provider's policy. We don't control those, and their terms and privacy practices are their own.
